    The present invention relates to a method for treating the symptoms associated to a neurodegenerative disease in a patient. The method of the present invention comprises concomitantly administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of at least one of dehydroepiandrosterone and dehydroepiandrosterone-sulfate with a therapeutically effective amount of a dopamine precursor.
    The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating the symptoms associated to a neurodegenerative disease and to a composition for use in the treatment of symptoms associated to a neurodegenerative disease. Composition comprises a therapeutically effective amount of at least one of dehydroepiandrosterone and dehydroepiandrosterone-sulfate with a therapeutically effective amount of a dopamine precursor.
    The present invention further relates to the use of a composition in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of symptoms associated to a neurodegenerative disease, where the composition comprises a therapeutically effective amount of at least one of dehydroepiandrosterone and dehydroepiandrosterone-sulfate with a therapeutically effective amount of a dopamine precursor.
    The present invention finally relates to the use of a composition for the treatment of symptoms associated to a neurodegenerative disease, where the composition comprises a therapeutically effective amount of at least one of dehydroepiandrosterone and dehydroepiandrosterone-sulfate with a therapeutically effective amount of a dopamine precursor.
